Returns & refunds

We offer a 45-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your order, contact us for a full refund.

To start a return, email us at [email protected] with your order details.

Items should be returned in their original condition where possible. We cannot accept returns of opened or consumed perishable products unless they are faulty or damaged.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us straight away and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
