Using this website

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and the latest version will always be available on this page.

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or description, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm your order.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate.

Shipping and delivery

We ship across the UK and EU. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and summarised on our Shipping & Returns page. We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

We offer a 45-day money-back guarantee on most products. If you are not satisfied, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange a return. Items must be returned in their original condition where possible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received. Perishable products may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including images, logos, product descriptions and text, is owned by HLS or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Product information

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including ingredients and allergens. However, ingredient details may change. If you have allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us before ordering. Our products are food and drink items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HLS is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
